Built by people who have run deployments.

The people who deliver network and data centre projects kept seeing the same problem. The right engineers were out there and nothing in hiring could find them.

The story.

The founding team came from AV and network infrastructure deployments, first as engineers and then as the people responsible for staffing them. They watched CVs, certifications and interviews fail to predict who would turn up, follow the method of procedure and hand over a pack the ops team could use.

Founders' names and biographies to be added before launch.

So they built Vio to test for those things directly, and a recruitment team around it that reads a brief the way a project manager does.

Then they added the platform that runs the contract from request to completion, and the project management service for clients who want the whole deployment delivered.

How we work.

  1. Declared means declared.

Anything an engineer tells us is labelled that way until a reviewer checks it.

  2. Priced for the outcome.

You see the rate, our margin and the total before you commit.

  3. We never approach an integrator’s client.

It is a written term in every partner agreement.

  4. No ranking language toward engineers.

A score and a tier. The card describes the work, and it never labels the person.
