Your client judges you by the people you bring.

Riviot briefs engineers on your standards, supplies volume across sites at short notice, and never approaches your client. The scorecard is yours to show.

How Riviot works behind an integrator.

You carry the delivery risk and you buy labour in volume. Riviot exists to make the people you bring the strongest part of your bid.

  1. 01Before day one

Engineers are briefed on your method of procedure, your labelling and your reporting format before day one.

  2. 02Site to site

On multi-site programmes the same engineers roll from site to site so your client sees consistency.

  3. 03Short notice

Where a brief needs twenty technicians on Monday, the network is deep enough to fill it with tested people rather than whoever is free.

    The card.

Partner terms.

Committed volume, a named recruiter, a shared roster of pre-briefed engineers and a quarterly review of reliability and rework. Book a conversation and we will bring the numbers.

Questions clients ask.

How fast can you shortlist?

Shortlists typically arrive within two working days of a complete brief. The recruiter who covers your market reads it the same day and comes back with questions or a first shortlist.

Which markets do you cover?

Six launch markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Northern Virginia and the DC belt, Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey, London and Manchester. Many engineers travel, and several markets are in the second wave.

What happens if someone does not show up?

Reliability is one of the six scored dimensions, so a record of turning up is on the card before you meet anyone. If someone does not arrive, tell your recruiter and they will work from the rest of the shortlist.

How do you price?

You see the rate, our margin and the total before you commit. Rates move with the role, the market, certifications and shifts. The project talent cost calculator gives an indicative range.

We do not approach your client. Ever.

It is a written term in the partner agreement.
