As employer of record, Riviot employs the engineer for the length of the engagement and handles payroll, tax, insurance and compliance. You get the person without the employment overhead.
Agent of record
As agent of record, the engineer works through their own company and Riviot manages the contract, compliance checks and payment between you. You get one agreement and one invoice either way.
Which applies depends on the market, the role and your policy. We say which in every quote.
Security and data.
- Scorecards are visible only to clients with a brief that matches, and only in masked form until the engineer agrees to an introduction.
- Photographs are shown only with consent.
- Data is held in the region of the engagement and the privacy notice states what is kept and for how long.
