Demand note. What the platform is showing this month.
This is a sample of the monthly demand note the platform will produce once live briefs are flowing. The figures below are illustrative and will be replaced by Riviot data with sample sizes and periods shown.
Most requested roles.
Rack and stack technicians, structured cabling technicians and network deployment engineers lead requests across the US markets. In London, cabling requests overtook deployment engineers for the first time in a sample month, driven by fit-out volume in the Slough corridor.
Where shortlists take longest.
Commissioning engineers and controls specialists show the longest median time from brief to shortlist, which is the platform’s signal of scarcity. Mechanical and cooling technicians are close behind in Philadelphia as high-density projects start earlier in the sequence.
Where admitted engineers are waiting.
Admitted AV deployment engineers and wireless engineers outnumber open briefs in Manchester, which suggests clients in the north can move quickly on those roles.
Rates.
Offered rates for deployment engineers in Northern Virginia are running above the rest of the US sample, consistent with the market’s access and documentation demands. UK rates are stable month on month.
Every figure in the live version of this note will show its sample size and period, and markets with fewer than thirty briefs will be described as early.
